Trust cannot be ordered. It can only be earned through the consistent application of trust-building behaviours.
Enabling the difficult conversations that high performance demands.
We work with leaders and teams to create the trust, steadiness, and emotional safety that make honest dialogue possible, even when the stakes are high.
Helping people turn what they know in theory into what they can do in practice.
Most sales, leadership, client-facing and soft-skills approaches are not especially complicated in theory. The real challenge is helping people apply them in the pressure of day-to-day work. That means bridging the gap between what is taught in a learning environment and what is required in live situations, while also working through motivation, habits and the internal barriers that make change difficult to sustain.
I’ve worked as a seller, a sales leader, and a client services leader. I’ve built onboarding and enablement programmes, and I have more than 10,000 hours of coaching experience. I’ve worked in boutique start-ups, large enterprises, high-growth unicorns, mature businesses, and across multiple regions and sectors. What this means in practice is that I can likely relate to the challenges learners are facing, and I can help them navigate them in a way that is practical, credible, and relevant to their world.
We have worked with leadership teams and organisations across corporate, public, and education sectors.
Most organisations get caught up in the drama of reactive fire-fighting, and neglect the emotional safety needed to stop this cycle.
When trust breaks down, teams go quiet in the room and political in the corridor. Real progress gets swapped for "appearing productive".
Meaningful change happens when people confront their inner habits that undermine trust and collaboration.
What makes this work different is that it deals with the inner game, not just the visible behaviour.
Our sessions create enough honesty and safety for people to confront procrastination, perfectionism, avoidance, lone-wolfing, drama triangle dynamics, and the stories that keep them stuck.
Leadership development
For emerging and experienced leaders who need to hold harder conversations, build trust faster, and stop defaulting to control, rescuing, or avoidance.
Team trust and collaboration
For teams that look aligned on the surface but are stuck in silence, guardedness, or side conversations that undermine execution.
Sales and client-facing performance
For commercial teams that need more honest dialogue, greater accountability, and stronger trust with clients when the pressure is on.
The first shift people feel is that this is not content delivery. It is real work.
We create an atmosphere that is conducive to both learning and the vulnerability required to engage properly with it. People feel safe enough to interact, ask the questions that matter, and explore where the ideas are difficult to apply in their real-world context.
That changes the quality of the room. Instead of sitting politely through content, people begin testing, challenging, and assimilating what they are learning in a way that is practical, honest, and much more likely to stick.
If the work lands, the organisation feels different.
More authentic conversations, with more voices participating in the room.
Faster resolution of conflict before it hardens into politics or silence.
Leaders who can challenge directly, coach clearly, and build capability around them.
Teams that collaborate faster, innovate more confidently, and respond better under pressure.
We do not force the agenda when the real learning is happening somewhere else.
Traditional programmes often deliver good ideas with not enough lived reality behind them. They stay on the surface, ignore resistance to change, and leave people with concepts they cannot apply under pressure.
We work in the live tension of leadership and team dynamics, where learning comes through debate, reflection, challenge, and direct relevance to the situations people are actually facing.
Trusted by leaders who needed real change, not just better language for the same problems.

General Manager, MTN
Becoming a manager for the first time can be overwhelming and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to do sessions with Greg as I navigated that change. He was there to provide guidance on how to establish team trust, navigate challenging conversations, and build strong cross-functional relationships with other managers. Greg also helped me figure out what my personal management style was and we have spent valuable time together developing and evolving my approach over the years.

Peter Isemann, Sales Executive, ProsperOps
Working with Greg has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my working life. Greg has a profound understanding of people and leadership, with a methodology especially useful for first-time managers. When I began my first managerial role, Greg’s training programme and 1:1 coaching sessions were crucial in helping me land in the role and find my way in working with and supporting my team. I cannot recommend Greg enough for anyone looking to develop their leadership.
